GR Before visiting, I heard the regular price for secondary posterior/lower canthoplasty over the phone and made a consultation appointment. First, I met only the consultant, filled out the consultation chart, answered questions, and was waiting for the director. He came in, stretched my eyes with a cotton swab, then said it was possible because it would be a skin incision, and left after about 3 minutes.... They told me to wait, but even after waiting 30 minutes, the consultant didn’t come, so I asked at the counter and they said she would be in soon... But then, oddly, a different consultant came. We started the consultation over from the beginning, which was a bit annoying, and then she tried to quote me the regular price +500,000. Her way of speaking also made me angry, so I asked them to change consultants. The new consultant told me the exact regular price I had been informed of over the phone. I was dumbfounded and said, “Right? That’s what I heard over the phone, but the person before said it was +500,000.” Then she went, “Ah...” I was seriously so pissed off.

The consultant was very warm, sweet, kind, and friendly. Even though there were a lot of people at the hospital, she kindly gave me a quick consultation. The director’s consultation was also very kind, he assessed my eyes well, and clearly told me what was possible and what wasn’t. He kindly asked if I had any more questions and consulted with me. The price was also okay!
