I had my eyes done (full incision and epicanthoplasty) and my nose done (lowering a short nose and raising the nasal bridge) Just yesterday, January 9, that is..^^. ;;; I went to the clinic by 3, changed clothes.. had my nose hair removed and washed my face clean once.. Originally the surgery was scheduled to start at 3:30... But it was delayed a little, so it started around 4... First, I had one last consultation with my mom.. Then they told me to go straight to the operating roomㅠㅠ I was so nervous I thought I would die.... The agony of walking to the operating table by myself and lying down..... Anyway, after saying goodbye to my mom for the last time.. I lay down.. They put a headband on my head and then a cap... The nurse unnies were moving busily too.. The doctor came in and did the design first.. After that, the nurse unnies rushed over; one held my hand tightly (I was really grateful), and another held my shoulder tightly.... It was because of the anesthesia... ㅡㅡWho said anesthesia doesn't hurt!!!!!! It was absolute near-death!!!! After anesthesia for the epicanthoplasty, they anesthetized the double eyelids... For me, the double-eyelid anesthesia hurt much more than the epicanthoplasty.. The feeling when they anesthetized the double eyelids was... How should I put it....? Like sticking a needle horizontally from the outer corner of the eye toward the front of the eye and smoothly pulling it out?? That pain, truly beyond words!!! Anyway, tears just kept falling without me realizing it... And another painful thing was when the nurse unnies put cotton on my eyes and pressed hard; I really thought my eyeballs were going to burst.. They pressed down so roughly and deeply...ㅡㅡ After lying there for a few minutes, the doctor came in and I think he did the epicanthoplasty first.. The sound was really intense.. Snip, snip... the smell people often describe as burning squid... the needle went whoosh~~ I think the sound of scissors was the scariest... After many twists and turns, the double eyelids were finished, I went to the bathroom once, and then went back into the operating room... It was to do the nose surgery right away... First they put an IV in my arm... put the thing that makes the pulse sound on my finger.. and put the blood pressure checker on my arm... Ah!! They tied both my hands down. Then they tied my hair into two sections and covered my head, covered it and covered it again.... Then the doctor came and designed my nose.... The doctor and nurse unnie said, Have a nice dream~~ and gave me an injection.. into the IV.. Then, truly against my will, it was like I had arrived in a fourth-dimensional world... The feeling... really cannot be expressed in words... Dazed~~ I felt like I kept walking and walking along a precarious path.. like I was floating in the air and spinning... If astral projection feels like something, I think it would feel like this.. and I thought maybe the afterlife feels like this... Anyway, the doctor and nurse unnies kept waking me up. Are you awake~~?? Can you see the doctor?? My mouth was so dry.. Please put water on it.. It feels strange When I said that, they laughed and did everything I askedㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ The nose.. was truly horrible itself... Really beyond imagination... I thought double eyelids were nothing.. They were grinding with a scraping sound.. Since anesthesia doesn't work well on me, I think they anesthetized me about 10 more times during surgeryㅡㅡ I really thought I was going to die.. And I removed nasal cartilage and used it for the nasal tip.. When they removed the nasal cartilage!!! That was truly!!! the!!! most painful!! It felt like they put in a hook and forcibly pulled it out... I really can't express it in words.... Now I came home with my face swollen like crazy and was doing ice packs, then thought of this place and wrote a lot with eyes I can barely see^^ There are probably a lot of typos... Now that it's done I do feel relieved, but I don't think this feeling will go away... ㅠㅠI'll upload photos soon too, so please show lots of interest^^
