I need to have my nose done again for various reasons. I want to do something safe even if it’s a little less pretty, like dermal-fat grafting. I’d like to hear from people who had nose surgery with dermal fat. Has anyone had dermal-fat grafting at Kim Young-geun Plastic Surgery in Daejeon? I’m planning to do it just based on the reputation I’ve heard about, but I can’t find any information at all?
