These are photos from day 5 after my nose surgery.. The first photo is before surgery.. Overall, my face had a sunken look around the forehead and cheeks, and my skin was a bit saggy, so I looked depressed, but adding fat seems to have fixed it.. haha I feel like I look younger too.. I had 4 mm of silicone put in my chin.. For my nose, my bridge was originally high, but the tip drooped, and it was a broad, spread-out nose, so they lifted the tip with costal cartilage.... They say premium nose surgery can also improve protruding mouth.. And it really does.. as you can see in the photos.. Now my gums don't show when I smile either.. The impression of my mouth looking protruded and pouty is gone too.. haha These photos are from day 5. Finally getting the stitches removed tomorrow.. Before surgery, I was really scared and worried, but there was no swelling or bruising, and it didn't hurt at all during surgery either.. So I had the surgery with peace of mind.. haha Can you see the before-and-after difference? I think it looks natural, like it was just my own nose.. What do you think? After a bit more time passes, I'll upload photos again as a second update~
