I’ve tried all kinds of things, including fat-dissolving injections, fat-extraction injections, Triple Body, and so on. People say exercise and diet control are the best way to lose weight, but if you’ve already decided to rely on medical procedures, I think liposuction is definitely the answer~ With fat-dissolving injections, it’s not even certain whether you’ll see results, and if you get them multiple times, the cost is almost the same as liposuction. Personally, I didn’t see any effect and had side effects, so I stopped. With fat-extraction injections, the amount they can remove per session is small, and afterward I got uneven adhesions and scarring As a last resort, I got liposuction. It’s not perfect, but it really cleaned up lines and stubborn fat areas that were difficult even with exercise, so I’m finally satisfied! I used to wear pants in M-L, but now even XS fits..! Now I just need to manage it so I don’t gain any more weight
