6-Week Review of Arm LAMS That Changed How My Clothes Fit

This is a review of full-arm, no-incision LAMS. I’ve just entered week 6. The basic arm LAMS package ended, so I added aftercare to do more swelling management. After the aftercare, I’ve been continuing to use bruise cream + cold compresses. (For reference, even after LAMS, my bruises went away quickly with the bruise cream + cold compress combo..!) I did it because a friend did, and personally I think it turned out really well, so my satisfaction with arm LAMS is very high and I’m recommending it to people around me too. They say it will slim down more, so this summer I’m going to wear sleeveless tops with bone-thin arms ><
