Anyone here had a nose reduction surgery removed?

I had the nose reduction surgery done with Gore-Tex, and although there are no inflammation complications, it pulls and hurts every time I cry or laugh. It hurts even more when pressed, and especially the foreign-body sensation is something I really hate, so I’m thinking of having it removed. I heard silicone is easy to remove and Gore-Tex is hard to remove, so I’m really worried. For reference, it’s been 1 year and 6 months. Members here say that even if you remove the nose reduction material, it won’t affect the nose, and a doctor I consulted at a few places also said there’s no separate relationship between the nose and nose reduction surgery, so even if I remove it, the nose shape won’t change. But why is it only the doctor who did my nose reduction surgery saying that if I remove it, the shape of the nose tip will drop a lot? I’m so worried that I’m scared to even have it removed. I didn’t have nose surgery and nose reduction surgery at the same time; I had nose surgery first, then about 7 years later had the nose reduction surgery. Does anyone have a case like mine, where you had nose surgery and then much later had nose reduction surgery, didn’t like it, removed it, and then saw a change in the shape of the nose tip? The doctor who did my nose reduction surgery keeps saying the nose tip shape will drop a lot and is trying to dissuade me. If that were true, then it would mean the nose tip shape after nose reduction surgery was much more projected forward than before the surgery. Honestly, I can’t really tell what kind of change the nose reduction surgery caused. Other people don’t say their faces changed after having nose reduction surgery either. The doctor who did my surgery said the purpose of the nose reduction surgery was to bring the nose tip forward, but honestly I don’t feel that the nose tip shape changed. If there really won’t be any change to the nose shape, I want to remove it right away. If any of you have had Gore-Tex nose reduction surgery removed like me, please leave a comment.
