I got buried sutures and inner corner epicanthoplasty yesterday~

3:00 p.m. Arrived at the hospital For two and a half years I kept begging my mom nonstop and in the end I had it done yesterday at the hospital run by my friend's aunt's husband During the consultation, they said, 'Did you maybe tape it with double eyelid tape?' Ugh..-.-; I thought they wouldn't know..they were like a ghost Actually I'd spent some time living with eyelid tape and had been drawing it on with something sharp (ㅠㅠ Mom probably heard that later....) It was my first surgery ever, so I was really a bundle of nervesㅠㅠ At first, when they disinfected my face they wouldn't turn on the radio!! Damn@ That made me even more nervous While they were disinfecting and I was waiting, the nurse said, 'Weren't you bored? Lying here alone must be boring too' and turned on the radio. While I was waiting like that, the doctor came in. He seemed to adjust the line again..! When they put in eye drops, it felt tight and sore Finally they gave me anesthesia But honestly, the anesthesia was very tolerable~ The time I had a mole removed before hurt way moreㅋㅋㅋ The outer injection was really just like, 'this is nothing' The injection that went in after they turned it inside out was like, 'Ah! Ouch' After the injections, it felt like a maggot was wriggling in my eye and passing through it-.-; That feeling was more disgusting than the surgery itselfㅠㅠ Oh! That rubber-glove(?) smell too The surgery took more than an hour and a half.. Usually it ends in about an hour, but the doctor seemed very thorough..!? (Maybe because he's my cousin's friend-.-;) During the procedure, my favorite song 'Jekki - Couple' came on!! It even made me think a little about my old boyfriendㅋㅋㅋㅋThen 'Girl's Day OST (Maria)' came on! I pictured Kim Ah-joong getting prettier after surgery, and I got even more determined to bear it!! I just prayed they wouldn't let the anesthesia wear off halfway and have to inject me again, and also prayed they wouldn't give a shot in my ugly butt after the surgery was overㅠㅠ After the surgery, I was in recovery doing ice packs and my mom and my friend's mom came and said it turned out well! You look pretty! (^^) But because of the swelling I just look like a monster, so what is pretty about it..... The other aunt who came with us said she was getting Botox, so while I was icing I waited a bit and then came home. They gave me medicine to take so it wouldn't get infected, gauze to use for icing, a sheet with post-op precautions, and some weird ointment; On the way home I felt a bit embarrassedㅠㅠ If we lived close, I'd have taken a taxi, but it was kind of far; so after debating between the bus and the subway, I figured the bus was better and took the bus, but it was still a bit embarrassing. I didn't bring a hat, so I wore the hood from my jacket and glasses; people probably looked at me and thought I was some horror-movie person with swollen eyes and tons of bruises; (Anyway, I'll never see those people againㅋㅋㅋㅋ) So the surgery I'd been waiting for for two and a half years was over in just an hour and a half, so I still haven't gotten used to it yet; and ice packing is just so, so annoyingㅠㅠㅠㅠ
