Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

Please help me..ㅠㅠ

It's been a week since my nose surgery and I already had the stitches removed.. It was my first surgery. The implant is straight and placed properly, but because I had an open procedure, the columella area inside my nose seems to have shifted to one side. It looks like it was stitched a bit off to one side when they sewed it.. I asked the doctor, and he said a curve like this is okay, but from my point of view it's definitely not okay? My entire columella has shifted to one side, so the columella area has shifted too, and even the nostril has shifted.. But the implant itself seems to have been inserted correctly.. He keeps saying it's fine and not to worry, saying this amount of shift is okay.. He did admit it was a little shifted to one side.. He showed me photos and basically told me that even if a patient’s nose is clearly tilted to one side like that, they won't straighten it right away. It was obviously bent to one side, too.. It's only been a week, so if it already looks this noticeable, it'll obviously look even more noticeable after the swelling goes down.. I'm so upset I could die.. How can I get this fixed right away? How should I say this to the doctor in a strong way? If I get too angry or say it in a bad way, won't the doctor get upset too? What should I say so that he fixes this??? I'm so upset I can't sleep.. sigh...
