I decided to have surgery because my nasal tip kept dropping and I wanted to improve the columella scar. I searched hard in person and online, visited about five places, and chose RU Plastic Surgery. During the consultation, they understood exactly the needs I wanted to improve, and above all, their pursuit of a naturally not-overdone look matched mine. I had revision rhinoplasty using autologous costal cartilage and silicone, and recovery was faster than I expected. More importantly, Director Kim Hyun-ju personally checks on me at each follow-up, and they take good care of any concerns I have! I think the nose remains important even after surgery, and I’m satisfied with that part. It has only been one month, so some swelling and bruising remain, but I’m happy with the improvement in the nasal tip and the scar, and I want to keep watching it! I think it will look much prettier after about 3 months!
