First of all, the surgeon didn’t even draw a preliminary sketch on my face before operating, and I thought that meant he must have a lot of surgical experience, so I left it at that. But the shape of my nose looks slightly different when viewed from the left and from the right. I used a 4 mm silicone implant and donor rib cartilage, and ear cartilage for the tip. The procedure included nostril lowering, columella lowering, nasolabial angle correction, and bulbous nose correction, but the bulbous nose correction seems not to have worked well. It has been a little over a year since the surgery now, and it looks very natural.
