I have a naturally arrow-shaped nose, and there are split opinions on whether even after removing the extension, a support strut is still needed versus whether cartilage repositioning alone is enough, so I am The first doctor said that because the existing cartilage is already not in its original state and my naturally arrow-shaped nose has a tendency to pull downward, even with a support strut it would still sag, and without one it would sag much more.
