My nose from birth was really not pretty, so about 6 years ago I had surgery with 4.5 mm silicone for the bridge and septal cartilage + ear cartilage for the tip. I was living with it while being moderately satisfied, right? There were no real problems.. But this year my nasal bridge suddenly swelled at times (no pain or anything), and I also had a strong feeling of pressure twice, so I'm starting to think maybe it's time to take it out. There is no warmth or pain, but these small issues keep happening, and I'm scared a bigger problem might come up. I really, really hate the idea of going back to my natural nose, sigh My face is the type with a protruding chin too, so after the nose surgery my overall look improved a lot, which was a jackpot case, and now this is just upsetting
