I had a nose-under reduction surgery before, and it left a very severe scar under my nose. It was so bad that even makeup could not cover it... The tissue under the nose was not in good condition and there was almost no extra skin, so every hospital I visited at first told me to go back to the hospital that did the original surgery for aftercare, and turned me down, but at the place recommended by gss I got the only clear answer that surgery would be possible. This is also a place that many people choose for revision surgery, and after looking at the before-and-after photos, the difference was clearly big, so I felt reassured. Really, every single one of the other places I went to refused, 10 out of 10, but being told revision surgery was possible felt like finding a ray of hope.
