Just looking at it, I thought, 'This person really thinks a lot.' It did not feel like she was simply trying to make me prettier, but rather that she was trying to create a result that suited me. During the consultation, it was impressive that she empathized with all the points I was worried about and carefully addressed them. On the day of surgery, I was very nervous, but she calmly reassured me until the end, so I felt a bit more at ease when entering the operating room. Even if it may seem minor, that kind of consideration was genuinely a big help. During postoperative checks, she did not just pass things over with a single “It’s okay,” but carefully checked my condition. When I mentioned something uncomfortable, she gave feedback right away, which made me trust her, and her explanations were not difficult, so they were easy to understand. Her skill as a doctor goes without saying, and because she also has emotional sensitivity, the recovery process after surgery was mentally comfortable too. For breast augmentation, the result is important, but how much they listen to you during the process is truly important. This place was clear about that.
