I had silicone put in my first nose surgery and got a revision six years later The implant line showed through in bright places My nostrils also sagged downward, so from the front you could see all of my nostrils At the place that did my first surgery, they just said that as time passed that is simply how it is for everyone People said you cannot just go anywhere for revision surgery, so I visited five places just for consultations.. What bothered me the most until the day before surgery was the rib surgery.. But once I actually did it, it felt manageable?? It has been 3 and a half months since the surgery I like the bridge line and the tip is round and pointed st, really pretty good.. The sagging nostrils lifted just naturally and my nostrils are not visible anymore, which is great..
