I got rhinoplasty here about 15 years ago through an acquaintance who worked there at the time, and it turned out naturally and well. A lot of time has passed, my skin has also become thinner, so I’m planning to have revision surgery, but the surgical result was good. It seems they prefer a natural look, but the counseling director and hospital staff performed the surgery in a very glamorous way, so they don't seem to insist on just one style. (After the first surgery, I kept having small issues, whether it was inflammation or not, and they took care of inflammation shots and medication well, and in the end I had revision surgery through aftercare; it came out even more naturally and better than the first surgery.)
