The tip looked a little upturned, and the alar area was also on the wide side, so from the front my nose looked blunt and boxy I wanted something with a straight-but-soft line and a natural point rather than an overly flashy nose, so I consulted at ID Hospital with Director Hwang Sehui and had my first nose surgery! I also showed them the photos I wanted during the consultation, but instead of following them exactly, they looked at my facial proportions and original nose shape together and recommended a line that would suit me better. They also explained how they would improve the upturned-looking tip and the wide feel, so it matched the direction I had in mind really well haha The surgery was done with silicone + osteotomy + donated rib cartilage + columella correction, and as the swelling goes down, the nose looks slimmer from the front and the side line is being refined naturally! The straight-but-soft line is not too strong or artificial either, so it has exactly the elegant feeling I wanted, which I really like haha The only thing I worry about now is... blackheads lolllllllll How do you all manage blackheads anyway... More than the shape of my nose, blackheads are what I am paying attention to these days lol I am scared to touch my nose after surgery, so I cannot do anything... If there are any ways to care for it without irritation, please let me know!!
