I went in after looking into non-open rhinoplasty and getting a consultation. At other places I heard that cartilage particles are mainly used for the nasal tip, but here they said it could be done from the bridge to the tip depending on the condition of the nose, so I also went because I was curious about that... haha. The consultation started with the manager, then the doctor consulted me, and while looking at the shape of my nose they even drew a diagram to explain it. They explained why autologous costal cartilage is used and how it differs from standard rhinoplasty
