I went in because I had heard it was scary, so I was expecting the worst, but I actually liked it. He explained things in detail while drawing the needed parts, and I also like just exchanging only the necessary words, so the conversation went well. I liked that he caught things other hospitals had not noticed, but overall he seemed to be talking about septal reinforcement or a deviated septum, so I wondered if it was just me... Because of that, the price jumped a lot. There were extra discounts, but honestly, it would have been more appealing if they had simply said the unit price is always expensive and if you want it done, just do it. The fact that they kept offering this and that discount felt a bit off to me. And the manager doesn't seem to have much professionalism or a patient-centered attitude. Thinking about the doctor, I do want to get it done, but there are parts that worry me overall, so I think I'll think about it a bit more.
