Dr. Kim from Gangnam ㅇㅅ(University name) said he comes to Sinchon on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so I booked Tuesday. My nostrils aren’t wide or big; in fact, my nostrils are small, but he said I have too much tissue in my nose, so my nose looks big. Actually, I wasn’t interested in the bridge at all, I just went to reduce the alar base, but he flat-out said no, and even if they did it, it wouldn’t look good lol. I was embarrassed- - I really do have a lot of tissue in my nose lol. So even if I reduce the alar base, it apparently won’t make a big difference. He said they’d use ear cartilage somehow, build up the bridge with silicone, and make some incisions here and there for an open approach. I didn’t really understand what he meant lol. Anyway, silicone + bringing the tip together. That seems to be about it. My nose doesn’t even have much of a bridge to begin with, but the nasal bones are on the thick side, so even if silicone is inserted, it apparently won’t show much. He said it would look natural^^ The happiest thing is that even if I wear glasses, they won’t slip down anymoreㅠㅠ That makes me happiest, yayㅋㅋ I used to be so envious of people who wear glassesㅠㅠ I had no bridge, so the feeling of glasses slipping down is such a miserable one-ㅁ- Haha. At first the doctor bluntly told me not to do my nose at all, which hurtㅠㅠ But then he said we should lower our expectations and make it as natural as possible, and he had a nice impression too, so lol I decided right away^^ My surgery is on March 6, so I’ll definitely upload before-and-after photos^_^
