Day 5 after paranasal augmentation

I had paranasal augmentation on the 16th~ I thought about it for a year before doing it, so I was really worried. It’s day 5 now.. There’s still swelling left.. Maybe because the area around my mouth and nose is all swollen, my nose has become a pig nose too, and my philtrum looks longer.. But I think it’s all because of the swelling.. The swelling is going down a bit slowly.. Even though I’m originally the type who doesn’t swell much.. Since time is the medicine, I’m going to wait a little. But I don’t think there are any particular side effects. All my sensation is intact too.. It’s just that the swelling is going down a little slowly.. lol Since my lips are swollen, my nose looks upturned and my nose looks bigger too lol I look a bit funny right now lol My mom keeps looking at my face and laughing, so I end up wanting to laugh too, but I can’t even laugh.. lol I think the aftercare after surgery is more annoying and harder than the surgery itself. I can’t sleep on my side either.. Every night I can’t sleep and it’s driving me crazy.. Trying to sleep flat on my back ㅡㅡ; lol I’ll post another review after the swelling goes down~ On the first day of surgery, there wasn’t swelling, and it swelled from the night of the second day It was very swollen on the third day too, and from the fourth day it seems to be going down little by little. lol I hope time passes quickly and it becomes a bit more natural. The most uncomfortable thing seems to be just that I can’t smile well lol I brush my teeth fine and eat well too lol I came to work today, and I was just going to roughly say I had a wisdom tooth pulled, but people don’t know lol that I had it done lol Um..
