It’s been a month since I just went for it and did it. I had it done on 9/22. I was supposed to go get the stitches removed from my thigh, but I had a lot of work and couldn’t go. Then this morning, my thigh stung, so I looked and there was a scab.. When I pulled off that scab, the stitches came off too;; What even is this situation..;; Anyway, I think I’ll end up with a round scar on my thigh... cough I did cheeks + nasolabial fold augmentation. I also had laser under-eye fat removal. 2.5 million, - Surgery day. It felt strange. I had sedation anesthesia, but I woke up in the middle, anyway, when they were taking out the fat, the thigh area was being scrubbed - the hose was moving back and forth, and it hurt too. Anyway, all surgeries are like that. A surgery that doesn’t hurt at all would be, what, general anesthesia? The feeling during fat grafting was also ugh..I never want to do this again, but now I’m thinking, when should I go for the second round.. Anyway, for the laser fat removal, I smelled burning flesh as the surgery ended, rested a bit on the bed, then walked home. With taping on my face and a mask on, I walked down the street, and people looked at me strangely; but I didn’t care. They don’t know who I am, and I won’t see them again anyway. Anyway, on the first day my face was swollen. Not to a monster level, just kind of plump.. First day I was afraid I’d swell if I slept lying down, so I stacked several pillows behind my back and slept sitting up. - -; The next day I wasn’t that swollen. I just did cold compresses all day long. Second day I slept sitting up. It was uncomfortable so I couldn’t sleep much, but still, it was nice that I didn’t swell. It depends on each person’s constitution, but I was happy, thinking maybe I’m not the type to swell much. I just did cold compresses literally all day. In between, I went out to run errands and also ate well. So the fat would engraft well, and now, a little over a month later, I’ve become a complete pig; - -ㅠㅠ I need to diet after getting the second round. Third day Maybe sleeping sitting up was uncomfortable, because while sleeping I ended up lying down. They say the third day is especially when swelling gets bad.. shiver I got completely swollen ㅠㅠ Uneven swelling seems unavoidable. I did cold compresses like my life depended on it. The next day I had to go home for Chuseok, and it was a total crisis. I caked on makeup, covered with my hair, wore a hat, made a fuss, then just thought whatever and went out. I wasn’t supposed to remove the taping either, but I just took it off. Pop pop ㅠㅠ The punctured skin, sob.. Now there’s no scar and you can’t see it. Anyway, after Chuseok - One week .. the swelling all goes down. It just feels a bit plump. I also gained weight, so it’s totally ㅠㅠ Now, at one month, I don’t think all the fat has disappeared. I’m just thinking about doing the second round. I need to lose weight and get the second round, ㅠㅠ sigh.. During the second round, is the swelling more or less than the first round? Sigh~ For reference, please remember that surgical results differ from person to person, and I think there are things that don’t suit some constitutions. There are people whose fat absorbs quickly and people whose fat doesn’t, just like there are body types that gain weight and body types that lose weight. Just because that person succeeded doesn’t guarantee that I’ll succeed at that hospital too. Because that person and I are different. Wishing everyone becomes prettier!
