Fat grafting ... I got way too many DMs, it’s honestly exhausting..ㅠㅠ

I only left a reply on Happy’s post, but why am I getting so many DMs lol Every time I come into this community, my fingers cramp up..ㅎㅎ Looks like everyone is really interested in fat grafting.. I agree with everything Happy said, and I’ll add some extra explanation. 1. Satisfaction Everyone has different expectations and standards... In real life, a perfect “unwrapped and instantly pretty” transformation like in *Forever the Moment* is not something plastic surgery can make happen. You need to wait more than 2 weeks for the eyes.. more than 2 weeks for the nose.. and at least 1 month for facial contouring before you start looking human. Fat grafting is not an easy procedure either. In some ways, it’s a more advanced technique that requires greater skill. Asymmetry, congestion, and even the scary risk of embolism... There are a lot of side effects too... Satisfaction will differ from person to person, so if you’re upset because the fat “disappeared,” ask the clinic to send you the before and after photos by email. They have no choice but to send them as part of their duty... You definitely took photos and planned the design, so... Then you should be able to see that something has definitely changed... 2. How long it lasts In fact, fat grafting involves injecting very small amounts of purified fat into the deep, middle, and shallow layers of the face in three places using very thick needles. Because of that, if too much is injected, it gets mixed with the anesthetic injection and you end up with a swollen round forehead like a cartoon character, and if very small amounts are injected many times (up to 6 sessions at some places), it looks beautiful right after the injection... but then it disappears that much faster, so some people get it done very often (once a month) Some places solve it in one session (the hospital I went to) I don’t know which method is better between those two hospitals... But even taking swelling into account, if you want long-lasting results, I personally think the latter is a hospital that’s confident in its results..ㅎㅎ I wore a huge compression bandage and took it off 6 days later, and my face at that time was completely monstrous (by my standards and by anyone else’s).. hahaha My son started fussing because he’s hungry, so I’ll post again in a bit...
