About radiofrequency square jaw surgery....

Hello. It’s been about 5 to 6 years since I had square jaw surgery. But just because the bone was shaved, it doesn’t necessarily become slim... I had cheekbone and square jaw surgery at the same time. At first I thought my face had gotten much smaller... but now, years later, my side profile is slim, but from the front I don’t look like someone who had surgery at all... Of course, it’s much better than before. I think the muscle has come back.. When I clench my molars, the muscles on both sides bulge out, and from the front my face shape looks like a pentagon, so it bothers me so much.... It comes out that way in photos too....
