I had cheekbone and square jaw surgery at the same time. At first I thought my face had gotten much smaller... but now, years later, my side profile is slim, but from the front I don’t look like someone who had surgery at all... Of course, it’s much better than before. I think the muscle has come back.. When I clench my molars, the muscles on both sides bulge out, and from the front my face shape looks like a pentagon, so it bothers me so much.... It comes out that way in photos too.... I think it’s probably because the muscle came back.. I should have taken better care of it even after surgery... I’ve always loved things like gum, squid, and octopus legs so much... Since I’ve already had the bone shaved down, I just need to get rid of the muscle. I thought about getting Botox.... but since it’s not permanent, the cost is an issue, and I’m scared it might look strange if I get it often... They say radiofrequency is permanent...
