Please help with my nose......

It has been a little over a year since I had nose surgery. Before surgery, I told them so many times that I did not want it to look upturned and that I did not want my nostrils to show..... I had osteotomy, and they put that thing, maybe mucous membrane?? on the nasal bridge, and they used nasal cartilage and ear cartilage together. But only the nasal tip is that high.... The proportions do not match either.. My nose is short... upturned... I am so upset I could die. I went to another hospital for revision surgery, and they said they would build it up with silicone, untie the tied nasal cartilage, lower it if possible, and tie it again.. Honestly, I am scared of putting silicone in.. If I do that, will my nose not look short and not look upturned..? I do not want to do it at the hospital where I had the original surgery.. But going to a somewhat well-known hospital means the revision surgery cost is expensive. What method should my nose be operated with for it to become a bit better? I had the surgery without any knowledge at all..... I like a nose like Jun Ji-hyun's, where the nostrils do not show. Not too sharp either.... Please tell me what surgical methods there are...
