I had surgery 5 years ago with an L-shaped silicone implant.. These days, every time I look in the mirror, I get annoyed.. From the front, the silicone shows through my nose.. From the side, it looks too straight, and the silicone has come down toward the front, so it has turned into a hooked nose.. On top of that, I feel like it is too high for my face, so I am thinking of having it removed.. Even looking at it now, is it really obvious that I had surgery? It has been 5 years, but if I remove it, will the skin go back to how it was originally? I am worried..
