Nose surgery

The photo above was taken right after surgery yesterday.. Today.. after one day passed.. It really swelled a lot and the bruising is bad too.. I was shocked.. My face really looks terrible.. I knew it would swell, but it's swelling so…

I'm genuinely curious, is there a difference between chest cartilage and ear cartilage?

Is it better if it's done with chest cartilage? Why don't they use ear cartilage>? What about places that use chest cartilage? In my case, I have an upturned nose, so is it because chest cartilage is better for that?

I naively thought that if I got plastic surgery, everyone could become Kim Tae-hee…
