A completely upturned piggy nose after revision surgery

It’s day 10 after my revision surgery... For my first surgery, I had a 3 mm silicone implant, ear cartilage, and my hump was shaved down. The bridge implant showed a lot and my nose drooped a lot... so these are photos after my revision surgery this time.. I had it done at a different clinic.... I asked them to remove all the implants and lift the drooping a bit, making the tip either like my current tip... or a bit lower to match the bridge line.... But the director said.... to match my jawline and forehead, if he did it the way I wanted, it wouldn’t look pretty, and with his 11 years of experience, he said he would raise the tip about 2 mm more and either lower the bridge slightly, or if I had my own natural bridge, he would match it to that.. In the end...... the tip was raised more, all the silicone was removed, and the surgery was finished~~~ But.... when the tape came off.. I almost fainted.!! My nose is completely upturned, so from the front it’s a piggy nose... and from the side too... It’s totally lifted, and the tip is extremely high.... The problem is, it’s day 10 now...... the tip, the columella area, keeps feeling tight and is moving even higher.. Could this possibly be contracture?? Even now.... it keeps pulling, going higher and turning upward, completely transforming into a piggy nose~~!! I’m going to go to the clinic on Monday.. Usually by around 12 days... can’t you roughly predict the nose shape?? I feel like I’m going crazy??? An extremely high tip and a completely upturned nose The photo below is a comparison of nose height with my friend who also had revision surgery with me.... Everyone.. what do you think??? Please look at my nose~~~ I’m going to ask the clinic for revision surgery, but they keep saying..... within 3 months... or as fast as within a month.... the upturned nose will come down 1-2 mm.. about 5 degrees in angle.. But... even if it comes down..... it’s still a total piggy nose.... I’m worried
