The one with the hat was from day 6^^ The other photos are from day 17^^ Right now, the stiff feeling around the glabella has improved a lot^^ It has become more natural I can see about two or three tiny pimples on the skin of my nose I think it's probably because of the oil on my face^^; (since my skin is both dry and oily) I'm still keeping up with no alcohol and no smoking^^ I'm eating all kinds of things without avoiding any foods^^ For washing my face, I'm using cleansing foam, and I wash overall, but I handle the nose area gently and carefully I never rub it, and when removing the foam, I let water run over it to rinse it off I'm doing warm compresses, and they say a sauna is the best^^ So these days, I sometimes go to the sauna in the evening I go into the sauna room, turn the hourglass over twice, and then come out^^
