There’s still some swelling between my eyebrows, so I look like a beast,, My nose spreads out... so they brought the nasal tip together and shaved down the fat and cartilage inside.. They raised it with septal cartilage, and for the nasal bridge, 1 mm Gore-Tex. Maybe because they did an osteotomy, the inside of my nose hurts a lot... They did the osteotomy because my nasal bones were wide, and I’m satisfied with the osteotomy
