Before surgery, I was going to do the buried suture method, but after looking around cafes.. They say the buried suture method now has the fantasy buried suture method, so it almost never comes undone. But I still heard it comes undone easily, and during consultation they said if I corrected slight ptosis and did ptosis correction together, they would do it very cheaply, so I did it together by incision. Before surgery, they showed me my eyes in advance with something like a skewer. A line that was too big looked burdensome, so they drew with a pen and held a size slightly smaller than a big one, then did the surgery. Mm. I was nervous, since it was the very first surgery I had ever had in my life. The nurse ladies told me to lie on the operating table, so when I lay down, they covered everything except my face, put a needle into the crease area of my forearm, and on my left hand was it something measuring my pulse? Anyway, you know the thing that goes beep beep haha. At hospitals, beep beep.. the sound from the machine.. things like that..ㅋ Then the doctor came, looked at my eyes a few times, and asked how much I could drink. When administering the anesthetic.. I just roughly said I drink about 2 bottles instead of the 2 and a half bottles I actually drink, and the surgery started. "Starting anesthesia." My eyes were closed, but I didn't feel myself being anesthetized at all, only a tiny sensation in my eyes, and occasionally the doctor would tell me to open my eyes, seemingly to match the eye size haha. It really felt like not even 5 minutes had passed with my eyes closed, but it was over. When I got down, my legs wobbledㅋ After surgery, I was doing a cold compress, and there was screaming from the operating table area.. Turns out another woman was having surgery, and the scream was intense.. What kind of surgery was she having.. shudder Anyway, after finishing like that, because my vision is not good, wearing glasses would make it obvious. I forced myself to wear sunglasses, and following the route I had memorized when going to the hospital, I barely made it home. When I looked at my eye swelling, it was better than the swollen-eye photos I had seen in other cafes. Actually, I'm the type whose eyes swell easily in the morning, so I was glad they weren't very swollen. They told me to come for treatment the next day, so I went the next day with expectations, but there was nothing special. They just applied medicine and that was it -_ㅜ. How hard it is to go from Gyeonggi-do to Sinsa-dong, Seoul, they should at least give me some medicine, ugh; Then they told me to come again 3 days later to remove the stitches, and after I went, on the way home there was almost no obvious sign, enough that I could wear glasses home. The swelling also went down noticeably and quickly by the next day. But after the stitches were removed, the swelling definitely went down a lot all at once, and from then on it hasn't gone down much. It has been about 24 days now, and maybe because the swelling hasn't fully gone down, I don't really like my eyes a little. I asked them to focus on making my eyes bigger than expected, but hmm. Yesterday I met some older girls who had double eyelid surgery a few years ago, and they said that even with incision, the size shrinks sharply to about half of what was originally expected after about 3 years ㅜㅜ
