Hello, I had surgery for a retruded chin, you know? I had the surgery yesterday. Yesterday, I couldn't open my mouth, and eating was hard. Today, eating was still hard, but I thought, whatever, I'll just eat, so I opened my mouth wide. At first it hurt, but now I feel like it doesn't hurt. It's only been a day, but the fixation tape seems to have stretched... I'm worried whether it's being fixed straight. Right now I can open my mouth wide too. What should I do.. I guess I opened my mouth wide for no reason and just ate rice. It hurt a little when I chewed rice, but it was bearable, so I just kept chewing, and now the fixation tape seems to have stretched. What exactly do they do for a retruded chin? Do they attach silicone to the bone?
