I've been getting Heart injections consistently since 2020, and I don't need to get them many times, so it's really good. It wasn't like this before, but recently, I don't know if they're trying to run it like a factory-style clinic, there are more Chinese people too, and the staff are too busy. So there was a time when I had anesthetic cream applied and was left there for about an hour. It happened. The director and staff are kind, though. I have also had forehead and glabellar Botox and ended up with uneven eyebrows.
