The buried suture method is really good. No one knows I had it done, and even when I close my eyes or look from any angle, there isn't even the slightest visible trace. I asked for a thin, natural out line, and for the epicanthoplasty I asked right up until just before surgery to make it only very slightly, because of the epicanthic fold. It was under local anesthesia.
