At every clinic I visited in person, they recommended silicone height of about 3 mm, saying 3 to 3.5 mm. If that's the amount inserted, then it means it's not excessive, right?? I really hate when it looks obviously like chalk ㅠㅠ Since the doctors recommended it, I guess that height is okay?
