The desk staff were all kind and the facilities were good, so I liked it. The director was also kind and explained things carefully. During the consultation, both the staff and the director seemed to prefer donated rib cartilage. It may be because this is my first nose surgery, but they didn't strongly recommend autologous costal cartilage. I went in the summer, and maybe because it was a weekday morning, there weren't that many people. I had the consultation right away without waiting and also had the consultation with the director. I think it would be good for people considering donated rib cartilage rather than autologous costal cartilage.
