I went for a nose surgery consultation, but they were so unfriendly, and it was obvious that they were trying to get more money out of me, which felt blatant. It seemed like the doctor had a nose shape in mind rather than the nose shape the patient wanted, but it looked too artificial, so I decided not to have surgery. It seemed like they kept patient information materials in paper files, and the system did not look organized. I waited more than 30 minutes while they looked for the materials.
