I went to look into revision double eyelid surgery because of double folds. Right away they said this was not an eye that should get fat grafting, which surprised me a bit. They told me not to go to clinics that do fat grafting, line-lowering surgery, or eye-correction surgery, saying that if you don't understand the underlying condition of my eye and just operate, the cause won't be solved. They said it would be better not to do surgery for cosmetic purposes in my current eye state. It felt different from the kind of clinics these days that just make the line pretty. But then they said I would need Botox around the eyebrow area, and that even the injections had to be done only at their clinic, which felt a bit questionable, and that was where I felt unsure.
