I had a consultation for a second revision rhinoplasty. The consultation fee was 30,000 won including CT, and it proceeded in the order of consultation with the manager - consultation with the director - consultation with the manager. Both the manager and director consulted me thoroughly and kindly. They said we could do revision surgery using ear cartilage, temporalis fascia, and donated costal cartilage, or if the nose does not stretch, do a full removal, but the price was shocking 11 million won on the condition that I agree to photo use
