I went for a consultation 3 years ago. I had heard they make the results very natural, and I wanted to do it without implants, so I went for a consultation. They were the only one to tell me that if I did it without implants, there would be no effect, and they recommended silicone. I was even told that if I wasn’t going to use silicone, I shouldn’t do it at all. And they said I had a pinched nose and actually advised against surgery. Since this was the first doctor to tell me this, I trusted them the most. I decided to just live with my own nose, and after that I didn’t look into any more consultations or surgery.
