I was tempted by the word stem cells and decided to have surgery. However, the recovery after surgery was not good, so I had revision surgery... I am left with a more prominent scar than before the surgery. The director's answers were also vague, and it did not seem like he showed his face for long. There were kind staff members too, but overall I was disappointed.
