Full upper arms + around the upper arms including accessory breasts + the bra-line area.. They removed 1,300 cc from my abdomen and 1,000 cc from my arms, then grafted over 500 cc into my left buttock and almost 400 cc into the right! It was practically a full-body surgery. When I diligently read reviews and watched videos, most people didn’t look that exhausted, you know? But I seriously felt like I barely survived My blood pressure wasn’t usually on the high side, but since the surgery that started in the morning took a full 3 hours, there must have been that much bleeding too.. So my blood pressure stayed in the 70s-80s, and they kept not letting me go home. In the evening it finally went a little over 90, so I could barely go home. To get my blood pressure back up to normal, I kept getting so sleepy, but having to walk and sit was so painful When I got home, I barely managed to eat dinner while half-asleep, then collapsed face-down and slept. But because I drank so much water, I kept going in and out of the bathroom every 2-3 hours, and even getting my body up and being careful not to get dizzy were hard.. And other people get really swollen on days 2-3, but for me, from the very first day my face was swollen like a boxer covered in bruises I had to do the dressing, but I really had no confidence doing it alone, so I went to the clinic to have it done. The top was so tight that my blood circulation wasn’t good, so in the end I took the top off and decided to put it back on only if it really hurt. To help reduce swelling and help the grafted fat take well, at home I only sit when I go to the bathroom. Otherwise, I try to stand or lie face-down, and I eat standing up. My body is so swollen and I have no strength, so I can only walk one or two laps around the neighborhood, and I still can’t take long walks.. I had been worried the whole time, and as expected, liposuction really isn’t something to take lightly. If your blood pressure usually isn’t high, like mine, make sure to take iron supplements properly before surgery.. I only just started taking them now I don’t think there are many realistic posts like this, so I’m leaving this in hopes it helps!
