Epicanthoplasty + natural adhesion double eyelid surgery + nasal tip cartilage tying This is a review of my eye and nose surgery! I’m a case where I thought about it for several years from quite a long time ago before finally doing it. Like me, I liked my monolid eyes and thought they were attractive, so I kept debating surgery and finally got it done now. My eyes, as in the first photo, are large but monolids (when looking downward, there is a very faint hidden inner double eyelid, second photo). I don’t have much fat on my upper eyelids, and I have a bit of distance between my eyes. My nose is low and has a very slight dorsal hump. Adults also say it is slightly bulbous (though I don’t really know because I don’t think it’s severe). These days, monolid eyes that are not standardized and have individuality, like Kim Go-eun and Kim Da-mi, are pretty too. I’ve thought that way too, and I had confidence. There are adults around me who have monolids, and as you get older, the skin around the eyes and face sags. Compared with adults who have double eyelids, their eyes seem more sunken? Smaller than in their younger photos? That impression felt strong, and it made the person’s overall impression look tired. Thinking about the future, I ultimately decided to do it. And while I was at it, I also had a consultation for my nose, but I didn’t want surgery that looked obvious or flashy, so I decided to proceed only with nasal tip cartilage tying, without an implant. I had consultations based on recommendations from acquaintances, and from the very first consultation the atmosphere made me feel comfortable haha, so I decided right away, and in the end it turned out well! As in the third and fourth photos, now that 2 months have passed, there is almost no bruising or scar tissue left, and even when I close my eyes, no marks are visible. (This may be because mine was natural adhesion rather than incision.) The fifth photo is in natural light. I don’t usually wear much makeup, and I like that even without it, my impression doesn’t look blank. Looking at the last two side-profile comparison photos, it’s fascinating to feel how appearance can change through subtle changes.
