Yesterday morning, I had revision surgery on my nose and chin (anterior chin implant) at a hospital famous for premium-style noses. Since it was revision surgery, I wanted to have it done somewhere good so I wouldn’t have to do it ever again, so I had it done at ㅇㅇㅎ. (You can probably guess the price,,;;) The consultation with the director was short, maybe because he was busy. It felt like he would just take care of it on his own. I’m really good at tolerating pain, but when they did the antibiotic reaction test, it hurt so!!! much more than the surgery. It felt like my flesh was being torn off!! I had fillers done at another hospital before and didn’t feel much, so I thought that was just how it was, but this really hurt so much. Even now after surgery, that was the most painful.ㅠ,ㅜ Of course, that spot doesn’t hurt at all now. I woke up almost at the end, when they were finishing the last sutures. The last stitch hurt a little. Even after it ended, I was half-asleep, so I barely managed to walk out. But even though I was out of it, I woke up quickly and got acupuncture for physical therapy on the costal cartilage area in the recovery room. After it ended, I took a taxi home, and at that time my chin was throbbing, so I thought I should hurry and take medicine once I got home, but once I actually came home and took the medicine, it was fine. It’s just that my nose bled a lot, so I called the hospital. They said they had put in something like a hose inside my nose so the blood and foreign material could drain out well, but it gave a subtle poking feeling and quite a lot of blood came out. The gauze they gave me wasn’t enough, so I kept wiping with tissues until late at night. Now it’s been a full day, and mucus mixed with blood is coming out much less than yesterday. There isn’t much pain in my nose or chin, but the costal cartilage area, which barely hurt until yesterday, has been aching so much since this morning that I just took medicine.ㅠ.ㅜ They said it will get better quickly. Because this was revision surgery, my nose was swollen right after surgery, so I’m not sure whether it turned out well, but judging by the current shape, my original nasal tip was blunt, and I can definitely tell that the nasal tip has become more defined. It isn’t extremely swollen, but even after my previous surgery, my nose was very small and flat, and now the angle has changed. I like that the overall shape looks natural. Also, they used fascia taken together with the costal cartilage so the silicone won’t show through, so I think it will look natural once the swelling goes down. My chin is less swollen than I expected, and anyway my mouth looks set back. Haha. I think it’s recommendable for people with protruding mouths like me. The bruises under my eyes are dark and blackish. I’m going to the hospital soon, and they said they’ll wash my hair and examine my nose again. Oh, the nurses and staff are kind. They talked with me a lot and also got me a taxi. That’s my review up to today. Once the swelling goes down, I’ll try to post a photo review.^^
