Right now I can tolerate the pain in my cheekbones and jaw, but the wounds inside my mouth hurt so much I feel like I’m dying. It stings when I rinse my mouth And since I’ve only eaten pumpkin porridge and pine nut porridge for 5 days, porridge makes me nauseous... I’m having things like milk, misutgaru, yogurt, etc. After the stitches are removed, can I eat soft meals, like rice? And does it hurt when they remove the stitches? Oh, and it has been 5 days since surgery. Would walking around outside a lot be good for reducing swelling? Please make sure to leave me a reply
