When I visited, the desk staff welcomed me kindly, and the consultant who advised me explained things gently and well, so it was nice! Especially, there was no waiting... That part was really good. I was able to receive the consultation right at my reserved time, And at first, the director felt slightly scary,,? blunt? But as you talk with him, he smiles a lot and explains things calmly and thoroughly. Especially, his confidence was really good, and it felt like he had been doing only nose surgery for a long time, so it was a place I could trust.
