I went around to a ton of consultations because I was worried and did a lot of legwork, and this place had the longest and most detailed consultation. They explained everything in detail, from my facial bone-structure proportions to the pros and cons of each nose design depending on the look I wanted, and even the surgical method. The consultant was detailed too, but the director was even more detailed lol I’ve never had my nose analyzed this much in my life, seriously They looked at and explained every single thing: the nose angle, length, line, nasolabial angle, and facial proportions. I just felt that their aesthetic sense was good. A nose enthusiast... no, more like a nose maniac lol (in a good way) The doctor personally used Photoshop to create the expected line, and unlike just roughly drawing it and showing me, I could clearly see the change, so I understood 100%. As of now after surgery, the real-life result is prettier than the Photoshop. For real.
The surgery plan was silicone + autologous costal cartilage + osteotomy + bulbous nose correction + alar reduction + nasolabial angle correction.
The price guidance was clean too. No forcing a deposit like other clinics ❌

Hearing that immediately raised my trust. There was none of that common complicated pressure like, ‘You have to book now for this price~’ No deposit pressure. Before surgery process They carefully checked the required documents and my health condition. They asked if I had changed my mind about the line, and if there was any shape I disliked, to leave a message, so they checked everything thoroughly. I asked a ton of questions about the shape and design, and they answered everything in super long, detailed messages… I was honestly touched
---After surgery---
Day 1 It was a bit hard to breathe because of the cotton, but after I got used to breathing through my mouth, it was manageable. I heard autologous costal cartilage hurts, so I really braced myself, but um... it hurt so little that I was embarrassed I had prepared so much. Just a throbbing ache, and only a bit more painful when lying down?
By days 3–4, I was just walking around totally fine. Except for coughing or lying down (even then it was only a little uncomfortable), when walking or just staying still there was no pain ❌. I was completely fine and went about daily life very well. Almost no pain.
I had already heard during the consultation that they were famous for doing surgery neatly and minimizing the incision site as much as possible so autologous costal cartilage pain would be reduced. It was true. I really acknowledge it! I was happy because it seriously didn’t hurt much lolololol

Day 7 Splint removal! The most important point here! Don’t be shocked after the splint comes off! That is all swelling.. I didn’t know well, so my face looked kind of greasy, it seemed excessive, there was this nose swelling, and I worried like, did I become an Avatar? (I even wrote a post in a community asking if it was okay. If you’re curious about the photos right after the splint came off, look through the posts on my account.)
According to the director, “This isn’t the final result. Once the swelling goes down, it will become much slimmer,” and that was seriously right. ((Sorry for doubting you.... There’s a saying that if you think, ‘Is this a bit much?’ after the splint comes off, it’s a huge success. That was exactly it lol The swelling went down dramatically day by day, and the nose shape kept changing. Don’t worry ㄴㄴ.

Currently at 2 weeks The swelling has gone down well, and the nose line has settled beautifully. Choosing autologous costal cartilage from the first surgery was an amazing move. Thank you again to the directorㅡ People around me also say, “It really turned out so pretty. It suits you so well that I can’t remember your original face lol.”
My satisfaction is seriously insane, and they arranged aftercare thoroughly too, so I’m scheduled to visit 3 more times over the next few months. Thank you so much, doctor!!!
