I had a consultation for a second revision surgery because my eyes are uneven and the double eyelids loosened. There wasn’t much waiting, and it went in the order of consultant - director - consultant. Before the consultation, I filled out a chart on a tablet, and they also had my eye photos displayed. We mainly talked about revision ptosis correction and revision double eyelid surgery. Rather than feeling like they carefully tried out a line, it felt more like they roughly checked the general feel. I also asked about lower canthoplasty and lateral canthoplasty, but since my eyelashes already grow upward, they recommended entropion surgery. They said if I only do canthoplasty, my eyelashes will definitely poke my eyes. Looking at the consultants, it felt like they prefer a very definite canthoplasty result, so it felt burdensome. (personal preference) I asked about the mucous membrane being exposed after canthoplasty, and I liked that they answered honestly.
