This is my review after already one month since I had implant-free rhinoplasty at Between! My nasal tip was low compared to my nasal bridge, which had always stressed me out, so after thinking about it a lot, I decided to have surgery. Since a natural-looking result was my top priority, I really looked up a lot of reviews and went to many consultations, but because my septum was small, everyone recommended costal cartilage Director Lee Ji-hwan was the only one who said it could be done with just septal cartilage + ear cartilage, so I decided to go with him, and I really like it I think it came out exactly like the line he drew for me during the consultation, and now that the major swelling has all gone down, I like it even more because no one notices unless I tell them.
